Sidney Tarrow (PhD, Berkeley) 교수님은 코넬대학교 정치학과 Maxwell M. Upson 명예교수이자 코넬 법학전문대학원 (Cornell Law School) 초빙교수입니다. Tarrow 교수님은 비교정치 분야, 특히 사회운동과 정치갈등 연구의 세계적인 석학입니다. Tarrow 교수님이 지금까지 출판한 수많은 책과 논문 중 최근 저작들은 Power in Movement: Social Movements and Contentious Politics (3rd edition, Cambridge University Press 2011), Strangers at the Gates: Movements and States in Contentious Politics (Cambridge University Press 2012), The Language of Contention: Revolutions in Words 1688-2012 (Cambridge University Press 2013), War, States, and Contention: A Comparative Historical Study (Cornell University Press 2015) 등입니다.이번 고려대학교 강연에서 Tarrow 교수님은 가장 최근에 출판한 책 – The Resistance: The Dawn of the Anti-Trump Opposition Movement (co-edited with David S.
